As a Park Slope therapist, I work with individuals and couples who are navigating:
If any of that sounds familiar — or if you feel stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure how to move forward — you’re not alone. I’m here to meet you where you are.
When we work together, you won’t have to dredge up every painful detail from the past. Instead, we’ll focus on your strengths, resources, and what’s already working in your life, while clearly identifying what you want to change and what “better” truly looks like for you. Together, we’ll create practical and realistic action plans rooted in your goals, using evidence-based tools such as CBT and mindfulness to help you manage thoughts, reduce anxiety, and navigate emotional challenges. The aim is always forward movement—helping you make real changes rather than rehashing old stories—so you can feel less overwhelmed and more empowered, often more quickly than with traditional therapy models.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with more than 30 years of experience in hospitals, outpatient clinics, residential settings, and private practice. I trained in Solution-Focused Psychotherapy at the Brief Family Therapy Center and have helped many clients transform pain into purpose.
My Park Slope office offers a peaceful, welcoming environment where people feel safe, seen, and respected. For many, it becomes a place of clarity, growth, and real progress.
